Bio for Elaine A. Head

Born again at eight years old, and Spirit-filled in 1972. Elaine began teaching, preaching and ministering to the hurting in the 1980’s. She participated in Missionary journeys to Mexico in the 1980’s, and in China in the 1990’s. In 1988, Elaine coordinated Texas for Jesus, with 300 pastors and prayer warriors praying in the Rotunda of the Capitol at 6:00 a.m., before the main events.

Called into full-time ministry in 1990, she worked side-by-side with Nora Lam, ( China Cry) in miracle crusades, and prayer breakfasts, across the USA, Asia, and ministered to underground churches, and children’s hospitals in China. Joining Mike Murdock’s staff, she became part the Wisdom Ministry team. She married Dennis Head in 1997. Together they preach and minister the Word with signs following. Elaine was called to “Great Faith” years ago. The Pursuit of His Presence, her assignment. Ministry travels have taken Elaine to Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Philippines, Canada, Mexico, Israel, and Lebanon, Alaska and across the USA.

In 2005, she ministered at New Life Temple in Hong Kong, founded by Lester Sumrall and S.K. Sung in 1941; and, she, Dennis and S.K. took a team into Egypt and Israel for Passover.

Elaine and Dennis are Senior Pastors / Founders of The Church at Turtle Creek in Dallas, TX; pioneers of a Bible School, HIM Bible Institute®. Elaine is President / Founder of Women at the Well International Ministries® in Dallas, Texas. She has three precious daughters and thirteen wonderful grandchildren.
