After a time, He pulled up the bucket overflowing with sparkling water. Women began gathering around Him and He began giving out of these “deep” waters. Then men began gathering around the well, too, curious about what was happening at the well. It was like His Bride coming together, partaking of the deep waters. Deep calleth unto the deep.

The Lord gazed into Elaine’s eyes, as if to say, “I have much yet to share with my people.”

Birthed from this vision, and impressed by the Holy Spirit, she founded Women at the Well International Ministries®.

The First Annual Conference, held in late February 2004 at the Fairmont Hotel in Dallas, was refreshing, and invigorating with many testimonials still coming. With the mandate from the Holy Spirit, and with called and anointed ministers, women and men came together from other cities, states, and some even came from other nations for three glorious days in His Presence.

With the passing of her precious Mom, Ruth Aldridge, January 12, 2004, Elaine‘s wanted to cancel the conference. With that temptation came the Lord’s mind on the matter.

He reminded her of an encounter many years ago when she was taken to the third heaven and asked, “Will you do anything for Me?” Then, it was as if He said, “ This gathering was ordered by Me; it is not yours to cancel.” In obedience, she went forward with the 1 st Annual Women at the Well International Conference. It was clear, “Onward Christian Soldier!”

There is no battle too great for Him; and no sorrow can remain in the light of His glory. Convinced that, “The sufferings of this present time are indeed not worthy to be compared to the glory that lies ahead,” Elaine kept her hand to the plow during this time of great loss. Her mother was not only her best friend, but an intercessor, too. Now, with Jesus, the cloud of witnesses cheering her on has increased! Oh, the Presence of the Holy One at the Conference. . . indiscernible.

Then, only few days before the conference began, she received a phone call from S.K. Sung from California, announcing Nora Lam’s passing on to be with the Lord. Attending the funeral was impossible with the Conference just beginning. Another soldier and general gone to be with the Lord! In the early 1990’s, Elaine had been called by the Holy Spirit to serve Nora and her miracle ministry, traveling with her across the USA holding Miracle Crusades and into Asia ministering in underground churches and taking needed supplies to Chinese brothers and sisters, and holding Crusades in Singapore and other places. Ordained by Nora in 1993, Nora blessed Elaine and sent her out with many tears. These two women had a great love for the Lord and respect for the work of the ministry. Now, the Lord Himself, her Mom and Nora were cheering her on as well as many others who have gone on before. She was encouraged and strengthened with those thoughts.

Prophetic Word given by Michial Ratliff for month of August 2005:

“This month of August, is a month of major defeat of the occult, and a month for rebellion to be broken in families, church, and our city, and nation.

” Praise the Lord as He is fighting our battles! As we come to Drink of His Well, He will take care of the rest.
